Direct Debit
Our easiest method of payment, and the one our residential customers prefer, is Direct Debit. Your window cleaning payment is taken through GoCardless automatically up to 5-10 days after our system confirms your window clean has taken place. It’s the hassle free way to pay for your window cleaning.

You only need to set up authorisation once – complete the online form and unlike with a bank transfer, cash or cheque, you won’t have to remember to pay each time
- With GoCardless you are notified that a payment is coming out in advance.
- Unless you change bank accounts, you won’t have to worry about updating your details either.
- A Direct Debit is not the same as a standing order, where payment amounts are fixed to a set day and amount each month. With a Direct Debit each payment is tailored to the payment card posted through your letterbox at the time of each clean.

Your payments are protected. For example, in the UK, you are fully protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund for any payment taken in error.
Once your Direct Debit is set up you don’t need to do anything more, we will still post a slip through your door at the time of every clean so that you know your windows have been cleaned and how much is due to be taken.
